My Stampotique DT Mate France Challenged us
to create one image by combining two stamps.
This is a brilliant idea. It took me some time and thinking about what I wanted to do.
I love Halloween and I have been Jonesing' to start making spooking things.
Yeah.
Here are the stamps I used:
The background was done by using
gesso with a palette knife
Winsor & Newton inks in
Scarlet, orange, nut brown and black
Then adding H2O and let bleed.
Taking a bit of Styrofoam as a stamp for the edges.
Then adding a bit of Distress inks to add more pop.
Rusty Hinge and Aged Mahogany
Copic markers for the images and fussy cut them out
with Prima's knife tool and self healing mat.
Pitt brush pen for edging around the stamped images.
Silhouette for the tree.
Here is the link if you would like to play along with the challenge.
the tree, the background , MAGICALLLLLLLLLLLLL
