Definition: Aggregate is a collection of items that are gathered together to form a total quantity.

The fleeting moments of knowledge in which we discover our existence are facts that can be committed to memory. We can enlarge this aggregate memory and refashion it as we go through a lifetime. By saving these memories on paper and reconstructing the images of our lives. We see the art of our lives unfolding before us.

Face the brilliance of your most wonderful creations and dwell on your dreams.
I believe in teaching, the sharing of ideas and playfulness of creating.

Gelli and Artistcellar.com Part 2

Today is part 2 of 3 posts of Printing with Gelli Plate and Artistcellar Stencils. Here is the link to
Part 1 of Gelli and Artistcellar.com if you would like to get caught up.

What you can make with these beautiful papers? I think the key is not to think that these are too precious to use. They are fun to make and you can make more in minutes..... Well- if you are me, I can go all afternoon. lol.

Now that you have all these fabulous monoprinted papers. WHAT will you ever do with them?
Here is just a few ideas.
  • backgrounds
  • envelopes
  • jewelry
  • mixed media
  • canvas
  • encaustic
  • cards
  • stationary
  • ATC's
  • gift wrapping
I could go on and on. You get the point. Anything you would use paper for use monoprint paper. I know you knew that. ;D

My first thought was my mini journal... Due to the fact it has been awhile since I put anything in it.

Here is what I did to these pages. I outlined the paint lines with a "s" Pitt pen then added a velum paper shape, a bit of Distressed Inks and paint. It came together pretty simple having the paper already to use.

Hope you will find some inspiration from this post and thank you for joining us today. See you next Wendesday for some more fun.

Be Well-
Sarinda
