It is Stampotique Designer Challenge day....
My team mate Gez is challenging us to focus on flowers. I have to say that I really like making paper flowers it just makes me so happy to create a 3D flower just out of paper.I was a bit sort on time for this one. So I grabbed an already inked tag. I never waste any ink on my craft mat... I just sop up the remaining ink on any tag that is handy. This is a huge timesaver. I do not need to think too much about the background. Really by doing this it takes some of the work out of down and dirty get it done projects. I sprayed white mist through a stencil, splattered some black watered down acrylic paint to make splatters and stamped Spray stamp in random areas of the tag.
The paper I used for the flowers is just copy paper with spray inks and dried with a heat tool. Here is a link for the tutorial that I used from Tim Holtz Tattered Flowers Challenge winner, Lisa Nazario-Gregory makes the most realistic flower creations.... I just had to make some. Go check out her blog. Then I added the sentiment and my favorite bee stamp in the whole world.
I hope you will be able to play along with us and use you creativity to make some out of this world Flowers.
