I am loving the new TEXTures stencils... Oh My.

I used gel gloss medium for the background and once dry I added Koi water colors to the top. I also Love everything Stampotique, a friend of mine France Papillon designed this stamp "Cityscape" that is out of this world. Wishing you much love and kindness this Season.
